ANSI Art Book

The ANSI Art Book was a type specimen book for the typeface Courier. Highlighted in the book was ANSI art, popular in the BBS era of the late-1980's to early-1990's. ANSI art represented a sub-cultural art movement focusing on small, underground networked communities. Groups formed around ANSI art would compete on a monthly basis to have the best "art pack".
